Position Summary
Owns the enterprise-wide operational performance, growth, and P&L of Exterior Services (including snow removal, landscaping, and exterior maintenance services) across a national portfolio. Accountable for revenue, margin expansion, cost structure, and service delivery execution within a highly seasonal, labor-intensive, and operationally complex environment.
Shapes and drives the operating strategy for Exterior Services by aligning commercial growth with operational capacity, financial targets, and long-term scalability. Translates customer commitments, RFP requirements, and market opportunities into standardized, executable operating models across all regions. Leads through a layered executive structure (EVP/RVP) to ensure disciplined execution, consistent performance, and enterprise-wide alignment. Partners with executive leadership to position the business for sustained, profitable growth and market expansion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Own full P&L accountability, including revenue growth, margin expansion, cost optimization, and long-range financial performance
· Set and drive the enterprise operating strategy for Exterior Services, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities
· Lead multi-region operations through EVP/RVP leadership, establishing clear accountability for performance, execution, and financial outcomes
· Ensure customer commitments, national contracts, and RFP requirements are operationally executable, scalable, and consistently delivered
· Establish enterprise-wide operating standards and governance that drive consistency, efficiency, and service quality across all regions
· Drive margin expansion through labor optimization, route density, vendor strategy, fleet utilization, and disciplined cost management
· Oversee field procurement, vendor governance, and fleet strategy to ensure scalability, cost efficiency, and operational readiness
· Define and monitor enterprise KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks to drive visibility, accountability, and decision-making
· Identify systemic operational risks, inefficiencies, and performance gaps; lead large-scale, data-driven transformation initiatives
· Oversee forecasting, capacity planning, and operational readiness, including seasonal demand variability and resource allocation
· Partner with Sales leadership to align growth strategy with operational capability, ensuring new business is executable and profitable
· Lead operational design for new business, including labor modeling, service delivery frameworks, and scalability planning
· Oversee pricing strategy execution to ensure alignment with cost-to-serve, risk factors, and margin expectations
· Ensure operational infrastructure (account setup, onboarding, claims, and service processes) supports scale and efficiency
· Oversee compliance, risk management, and investigation processes to protect the organization and ensure operational integrity
· Drive enterprise-wide training and capability development focused on field operations, safety, and service execution
· Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and seasonal variability to inform strategic planning and operational positioning
· Serve as a key executive partner to the COO and senior leadership team on performance, strategy, and growth initiatives

Educational Qualifications/Job Experience Requirements
Experience Required:
· 15+ years of operations leadership experience in exterior services, facilities services, or similar field-based industries
· Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-region operations with full P&L accountability
· Demonstrated success driving operational performance, margin expansion, and scalable growth
· Experience leading through senior leadership layers (EVP/RVP or equivalent)
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
· Master’s degree preferred
